NBR Cords – Cost effective, Nitrile cords have good mechanical properties and are mainly used in applications requiring resistance to petroleum oils, minerals oils, vegetable oils and inorganic acids.

EPDM Cords – Very good ozone and weathering resistance, as well as the resistance to acids and hydroxides with low concentration.

Silicone Cords – Silicone gaskets have excellent heat resistant properties and perform flexibly at low temperatures. They are also resistant to weathering, ozone and UV light. Most commonly used in medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

FKM/Viton Cords – Resistant against fuels, oils, lubricants, most mineral acids, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton has the highest temperature resistance and is used in various applications in many industries.
